Vallombrosa cheese is the firm run by Vollombrosan fathers who are members of the Vallombrosan Benedictine Congregation which is the part of the International Benedictine Confederation. We follow the rule of St. Benedict and our motto is Prayer and work (Ora Et Labora) and work for the welfare of the society especially the poor and the marginalized.
