Vallombrosa cheese is the firm run by Vollombrosan fathers who are members of the Vallombrosan Benedictine Congregation which is the part of the International Benedictine Confederation. We follow the rule of St.Benedict and our motto is Prayer and work (Ora Et Labora) and work for the welfare of the society especially the poor and the marginalized.

 We manufacture Italian fresh cheese and supply to the hotels in and out side India. Our product is approved by the Indian Health Ministry. Our product is an excellent quality product which is very much appreciated by many five star Hotels in and Outside India.
